Brian Dolan – Chairperson
Brian has spent nearly 30 years in the Telecommunications industry where he has developed a reputation as an effective and well respected executive; he is currently with Level 3 Communications. Brian was raised in the Bronx, NY, where his father was NYPD and later ran the Police Athletic League for the five Boroughs. He grew up assisting his father at PAL and witnessing firsthand the difference that First Responders make in the community.
Brian and his family have live in the Milton/Alpharetta area since 2004. He currently resides in Crabapple with his wife Lara and daughters Olivia and Carly. The family is passionate about their adopted community, volunteerism and giving back.
Bradley P. Serff – Co-Chair
Brad is the President, CEO and a Founding Board Member of Providence Bank in Alpharetta Georgia. He is married to Dawn, has two daughters, Ashton and Charlotte and resides in Milton Georgia. Brad is a lifelong banker beginning his career with C&S Bank in Atlanta after graduating from the University of Tennessee. Brad also graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. He has worked with various banks in Georgia over his 27 year banking career and is currently the Treasurer of the Community Bankers Association of Georgia and the Community Banker’s Committee Chairman for the Georgia Bankers Association.
Brad is an active volunteer and is the current Board Chairman for YMCA Camp High Harbour Services which operates residential and day camps in Georgia. He is also involved in Eagles Nest Ministries, an in-town Atlanta Homeless Mission. Brad is a Rotarian and member of the Milton-Windward Rotary Club and is currently the Membership Chair.
Robyn Pinto – Treasurer
Robyn has been a resident of Georgia since 1992. She lives in Milton with her husband of 22-years, and her 3-children. Over past 10-years, while living Milton, Robyn has given back to the community through her participation in the following volunteer organizations:
▪ Child care group leader at Northpoint Community Church
▪ Troop Leader for Girl Scouts of America, Milton Chapter
▪ College research and enrollment advisor at Milton High School
▪ Treasurer for Ray Thomas Memorial Church
▪ Treasurer and Vestry member for St. Clements Episcopal church
▪ Treasurer for Boxtree Manor Home Owner’s association
Robyn is also the majority owner of an advisory services firm, Sylvan Advisory and Consulting LLC, where she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a consulting firm that provides advise and counsel to small and medium-sized business.
Claudine Wilkins – Secretary
Claudine is a former prosecutor and advocates for victims. She founded the MFRF in 2015 to support to the Milton Police and Fire employees and their families and to encourage and strengthen the partnership between the citizens of Milton and our public safety first responders. She is the founder of Animal Law Source and the Animal Law, Enforcement, Veterinary and Shelter Symposium (ALEVSS) in Atlanta, GA, an annual training for those involved in animal cruelty cases including: judges, prosecutors, law enforcement, animal control officers, veterinarians, vet techs, animal behaviorist, victims’ advocates, animal shelters, rescues, civil attorneys and lawmakers. She graduated with a J.D. in 1996 and later received her Master of Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School. She has drafted legislation protecting animals in Georgia and local laws including the Georgia state Animal Cruelty Law, 2014, Responsible Dog Owner Law, aka Dangerous Dog Law, 2012, Spay & Neuter License Plate, 2016, Dog Fighting Law, 2006, Cost of Animal Care Bond Law, 2016, Law Enforcement Animal Law, Tanja’s Law, Microchip Law, and various animal ordinances. In 2009, she petitioned the State Bar of Georgia to create the Animal Law Section and founded the Animal Law Source (ALS) organization as the vehicle to realize her vision of animal protection that had evolved over 34 years. She is national expert in animal crimes and animal cases. She and her family supports first responders who put their lives on the line to protect us and make our city a safe place.
Jan Fowler – Board Member
Jan and her husband have been Milton residents since 1994 and have two grown sons and three grandchildren. Supporting Public Safety is extremely personal for Jan as her brother is a retired Fire Captain with 29 years of service, she has three nephews in Law Enforcement, two in Fire Service and one is an EMT.
Jan is a semi-retired former executive administrator, computer instructor and freelance computer consultant. Jan has enjoyed giving back to her community for over 40 years, most notably as:
• American Red Cross Disaster Action Team – Dallas County Sector Coordinator.
• Volunteer for the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games.
• Chair of the “Furnish the Firehouse Fund”
• Founding Member of the Milton Roundup Committee.
• Founding Board Member, Chairperson and Grant Committee Chair of the Milton Public Safety Fund
